Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and duties** * Create on-call schedules and track standby hours for teams; * Request materials and PPE (personal protective equipment) used by teams; * Train operational teams on procedures and conduct to be adopted in daily activities; * Supervise service orders (SOs) executed by teams, aiming for high-quality standards; * Support the operational team in solving problems or more complex situations, aiming to meet presented needs; * Execute technical feasibility service orders and other necessary inspections, applying technical knowledge; * Manage operational indicators; * Enter operational data into the system; * Handle initial processes with the regulatory agency; * Operate company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring compliance with safety and traffic regulations. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma * Driver's license: Category B * Desired: Technical education in Construction, Sanitation, Maintenance or related fields, or higher education in Administration, Sanitation, or related areas. * Knowledge in Sanitation; * Team Management.
