Come be part of this transformation with us! **Work Location:** Aracaju, SE \- **Iguá Sergipe** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan and schedule periods for preventive network maintenance, street maintenance, and electromechanical services, contributing to improving corrective maintenance procedures, aiming to support business operational continuity; * Schedule maintenance services according to work orders (OS) or by fulfilling the maintenance plan; * Keep records and control of updated work orders, issuing reports and indicators as needed; * Provide technical support to teams by phone, clarifying doubts and offering solutions to encountered difficulties; Fill out control spreadsheets; * Develop controls for labor hours and equipment usage, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests; * Monitor services and track actions involved in processes; * Follow internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we're looking for:** * Completed Technical Education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Analytical reasoning, affinity with numbers, and organizational skills; * Communication and integration skills with diverse audiences. **Desirable:** * Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; * Knowledge in PCM; * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B Definitiva); At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to promote an ethical and inclusive culture.
