Come be part of this transformation with us! **Work Location: Aracaju - SE** **Hybrid work model** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes: align job profiles with managers, publish job openings, resume screening, interviews, refer candidates to managers, formalize offers, support onboarding, and provide feedback to candidates; * Prepare interview assessment reports to support managerial decision-making; * Ensure recruitment processes adhere to organizational values and culture, position scope, and manager expectations; * Actively source talent (hunting) using professional networks and search tools; * Support building and maintaining the talent pool and R&S metrics; * Contribute to employer branding initiatives; * Participate in continuous improvement projects within recruitment and selection processes; * Interface with partner areas (Business Partners, Payroll, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Experience in high-volume Recruitment & Selection roles; * Experience conducting competency-based interviews and writing assessment reports; * Proficiency in job posting tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, etc.); * Knowledge of talent hunting and market mapping techniques; * Microsoft Office Suite.
