Come be part of this transformation with us! **Work Location:** Aracaju, Sergipe \- **Iguá Sergipe** **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop detailed project schedules, using the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) tool to identify bottlenecks, critical points, and interdependencies between activities, considering precedence networks and resource allocation per activity; * Monitor and control the execution of planned activities by producing physical and financial progress curves and resource histograms; * Measure the volume of completed activities, considering deadlines and resources used (machinery, labor, and materials), recording non-conforming occurrences related to scope, time, and contract costs; * Assist planning management regarding contractual obligations and the issuance of periodic project reports; * Drive company vehicles when external service demands require it, ensuring compliance with safety and traffic regulations; * Follow internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, striving for continuous improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering; * Knowledge in public sanitation system projects; * Active CREA registration; * Valid and permanent Class B driver's license; * Availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, WaterCAD (or similar), and ArcGIS; * Technical ability to create and format presentation materials, ensuring clarity, coherence, and quality of information. In exceptional cases, may participate in presenting these materials. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Power BI and hydraulic modeling tools; * Experience in large-scale sanitation companies.
