**Job Mission:**
We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Pavement Operations and AERA Supervisor at Aracaju Airport. Your responsibilities will include managing operations in movement areas and supervising ground handling teams, as well as efficiently overseeing resources related to the Airport Emergency Response System (AERA). The objective is to ensure continuous operational functionality at the unit while fully complying with all applicable legislation and regulatory agency standards. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise ramp operations—including passenger boarding/deplaning, cargo and baggage handling—while directing the positioning of passenger transport buses and cargo/baggage loading ramps;
* Operate vehicles during “Follow me” operations and runway inspections, intervening in cases of accidents and/or incidents, immediately notifying your direct supervisor and security agencies, cooperating in implementing corrective actions, and recording the incident in the official logbook;
* Supervise AENA parking personnel, verifying proper uniforming and equipment, correct aircraft parking, and adherence to safety standards during passenger, baggage, and cargo boarding/deplaning;
* Inspect the condition of ramps, runways, perimeter fencing, and other airport facilities; identify irregularities and implement necessary corrective measures; ensure the takeoff and landing runway remains free of obstacles—including animals;
* Conduct obstacle protection inspections within the aerodrome zoning area;
* Perform and coordinate inspections of airport ground handling equipment—approving only those compliant with operational standards and removing non-operational ESATAS equipment from operational areas;
* Monitor all SESCINC schedules and activities, immediately informing the Airport Director and Operations Coordinator;
* Supervise and monitor updates to SESCINC Plans and Standards;
* Conduct and coordinate SREA Module Exercises jointly with SESCINC;
* Serve on the team responsible for coordinating Airport Emergencies upon activation of the Emergency Operations Center (COE) and the Emergency Plan (PLEM).
**Requirements:**
* Driver’s license category B;
* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Administration, Aeronautical Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
