Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an organized professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail, who is comfortable handling administrative routines and public interaction in a school environment.
We expect a proactive, committed, and collaborative individual, skilled in interacting with families, students, and staff, as well as supporting administrative activities such as document organization and internal department assistance—contributing to the smooth daily operation of the unit.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide welcoming and efficient service to parents, students, and other stakeholders
* Support student recruitment and enrollment processes, contributing to strengthening the enrollment cycle
* Perform administrative routines within service, secretarial, and pedagogical support areas
* Organize, control, and archive school documents according to internal guidelines
* Issue and verify academic and school record documents when necessary
* Accurately and meticulously enter and update information in the school management system
* Monitor and guide the regularization of student documentation
* Support the School Leadership and Coordination teams in administrative and pedagogical demands of the unit
* Assist new students and their families in adapting to the school routine
* Support the organization and execution of school events and institutional initiatives
* Register students in the School Census within established deadlines
* Support unit communications by responding to emails, messages, and phone calls
* Provide general administrative support (documents, spreadsheets, forms, and schedules)
* Collaborate in organizing the unit’s physical infrastructure and addressing daily operational needs
* Perform other related duties as required by the department
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration preferred; currently pursuing or having completed such a degree is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools
* Familiarity with school environments and/or public service is an advantage
