Procurement planning activities in the construction industry **JUNIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Proactively prospect, request quotations, and negotiate purchases to achieve optimal price and quality; Register materials in an organized manner with correct group classification, adhering to technical specifications defined by projects and quality requirements; Implement cost-reduction solutions and improve commercial negotiation strategies to ensure procurement compliance with quality and project requirements; Present purchase plans clearly and cohesively for manager approval; Ensure timely delivery of requested goods, maintaining planned field material requirements flow; Ensure procurement process integrity in accordance with organizational standards, principles, and rules; Ensure procurement activities remain within the planned budget. **Requirements:** Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Experience in procurement planning with focus on civil construction, construction cash flow management, and logistics Familiarity with the Sienge software’s Supply Module is a plus **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Flexible hours to be agreed upon **Benefits:** Benefits: Health Insurance; Bradesco Dental Insurance; Bradesco Life Insurance; Food Allowance; Meal Voucher; Holiday extensions (compensatory days). *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
