Description
**Job Mission:** Perform on-site technical support activities for TRT20 users, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, configuration, and operation of information technology resources, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity, service quality, and compliance with established service-level agreements.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide on-site technical support to internal TRT20 users.
* Perform installation, uninstallation, configuration, and physical relocation of microcomputers, monitors, printers, scanners, IP phones, and other peripherals.
* Install, configure, and update operating systems, corporate applications, drivers, and approved software.
* Format equipment, restore system images, and back up users' data.
* Perform basic corrective maintenance on equipment no longer under warranty.
* Replace ICT supplies and components according to established procedures.
* Conduct physical cleaning and organization of IT equipment.
* Document support incidents, applied solutions, and evidence thoroughly in the ticketing system.
* Update the technical knowledge base whenever procedures or solutions change.
* Provide on-site support for court hearings, authorized events, and ceremonies.
* Perform installation, relocation, and certification of CAT6 structured network outlets.
* Install and reboot wireless network access points.
* Safeguard the integrity and preservation of the Court's technological assets.
* Comply with organizational information security standards, compliance requirements, and data protection policies.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements – Academic Background, Courses, or Certifications:**
**Education:**
* Completed High School
Courses and Certifications:
* Courses in technical support, microcomputer maintenance, or IT helpdesk.
* ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
* Training in Windows support and Microsoft Office is desirable.
* Initial training provided by the contracting company.
**Professional Experience:**
* Experience in IT technical support activities.
* Hands-on experience operating microcomputers and office automation software.
* Experience providing on-site support to corporate users.
