Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and control the entire physical and accounting receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. * Ensure monitoring and control of goods to support their availability according to sales made and agreed-upon deadlines. * Ensure all internal employees and third parties are trained and qualified to perform activities related to handling and storage, considering universal handling rules. * Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing materials, products, and equipment, complying with legal requirements, internal controls, and maintaining consistency between physical and accounting records. * Identify needs and jointly develop improvement projects with your immediate supervisor to implement best practices in operations based on area assessments and requirements. * Ensure team motivation and maintain appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training and professional development needs within your team.
