Logistics process improvement **Job Description** Grupo Belo Norte is seeking a Logistics Analyst to work in Fortaleza, CE. Key responsibilities include managing inventory control, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring efficiency in logistics operations. The professional will also be responsible for managing customer service and collaborating with various departments to improve internal processes. This is an on-site, full-time position. **Qualifications** * **Analytical skills:** Ability to interpret data and conduct analyses that lead to improvements in logistics processes. * **Performance indicators:** Knowledge of monitoring and analyzing KPIs to track and optimize logistics operations. * **Inventory control and management:** Experience in inventory management and stock control to ensure efficiency and accuracy. * **Customer service:** Competence in customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. * Preferred qualifications: A degree in logistics or related fields will be considered a plus, as will prior experience in the field and familiarity with inventory management systems.
