Strategic partnership with business and management areas Job Title: Process Analyst Location: Edson Queiroz, Fortaleza/CE Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Your Responsibilities: * Map operational processes and create flowcharts; * Drive continuous process improvement and automation; * Develop and monitor strategic indicators (KPIs and OKRs); * Support the creation and maintenance of management dashboards and reports; * Model and optimize workflows using Bizagi; * Support project requests and tracking via Jira; * Prepare executive presentations for leadership; * Support financial and commercial planning (Budget, Forecast, Pricing, and S\&OP); * Propose system automation and integration solutions; * Act as a strategic partner to business and management areas. Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Information Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Process Management, or related areas (in progress is a plus); * Solid experience in process mapping, design, and optimization (As\-Is/To\-Be); * Knowledge of Lean, Agile, and Kanban methodologies; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Experience with KPIs, OKRs, and indicator management; * Familiarity with BPM tools, preferably Bizagi; * Experience in financial planning, Budget, Forecast, and Pricing; * Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude); * Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset; * Ability to identify problems and drive autonomous solutions.
