Collaborative and team-oriented work environment **STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT** We are hiring a **Structure Assembly Assistant** to support the assembly and disassembly of metal structures at construction sites and events. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the assembly and disassembly of metal structures * Organize, transport, and handle materials and tools * Support the lead assembler according to technical instructions * Ensure safety at the worksite * Maintain organization of the construction site/assembly area **Requirements:** * Availability for fieldwork * Good physical condition * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work in a team * Prior experience in this field is preferred but not mandatory **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Life insurance * Opportunity for professional learning and growth * Collaborative work environment **Work Location:** Fortaleza/CE **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1\.700,00 \- R$1\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
