Foster an agile culture and self-managing teams **Your Responsibilities**: * Facilitate agile ceremonies for development teams (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective). * Ensure application of Scrum principles and agile best practices. * Remove impediments affecting team progress. * Promote continuous improvement and collaboration among team members. * Act as a facilitator for communication between the team, stakeholders, and support areas. * Encourage agile culture and development of self-managing teams. **Requirements**: * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Practical experience as a Scrum Master or in agile methodologies. * Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). * Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
