Job Summary: Post-Construction Analyst responsible for analyzing recurring service requests, standardizing work instructions, collecting data for performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with SGQ procedures. Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and prepare reports identifying root causes of the most frequent service requests from group developments and partner companies under warranty; * Standardize/innovate work instructions (WIs) and update them based on information provided by the post-construction technical team; * Collect data to develop cost and productivity indicators, based on the completion and analysis of service requests by the post-construction technical team; * Ensure compliance with SGQ-established procedures within the department; * Support internal departmental audits, assisting in identifying opportunities for improvement in audited processes; * Provide guidance to customer relationship teams regarding the status of service requests from the group and partner companies; * Review technical assessments of ongoing service requests and ensure descriptions are efficient and clear; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or Civil Engineering. * Currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Quality Management, Construction Pathologies, or related fields. * Prior experience in construction site activities is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; * Fundamental understanding of process management; * Intermediate knowledge of quality management. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
