Job Summary: Professional responsible for financial analysis, report preparation, budgetary control, and KPI monitoring, providing support to management. Key Highlights: 1. Budgetary control and strategic planning **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct financial results analysis; * Prepare reports and financial statements; * Perform budgetary control; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Carry out strategic planning; * Comply with internal policies; * Provide support and assistance to management; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher: R$ 47,00 * Health Insurance: Unimed (50% covered) **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Specialization in Controllership – Preferred; * Prior experience in the field / position; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \| Intermediate Excel; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and data management; * Familiarity with ERP systems and Supplementary Pension – Preferred.
