Opportunity for in-person client visits **Position: Technical Support Intern – IzzyWay** **IzzyWay** is looking for a **Technical Support Intern** to join the team, delivering customer service and technical support. **Working Hours** From 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM, with a 30-minute break. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service via WhatsApp * Remote technical support * Support related to ERP systems and the IzzyWay platform * In-person client visits when necessary **Requirements** * Prior customer service experience (mandatory) * Courses or education in IT (preferred) * Technical support experience is considered an advantage * Advanced computer literacy * Personal computer for work (mandatory) **Behavioral Skills** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Clear and correct writing * Proactivity * Ability to work well in a team Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$800.00 – R$850.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
