Job Summary:
Professional responsible for developing and monitoring KPIs, structuring the PCM department, and supervising mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic improvement projects.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor KPIs;
* Structure the PCM department;
* Develop improvement projects;
* Supervise mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic improvement projects;
* Manage internal requests (safety, quality, production) directed to maintenance services.
Requirements:
* Technical education in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Electrotechnics;
* ERP system knowledge;
* Proficiency in quality management tools (5S, PDCA, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart);
* Certifications: NR 10, NR 12, NR 33, and NR 35.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$7.000,00 per month
