




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to work during the night shift, performing pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, while ensuring kitchen organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and respect for kitchen hierarchy. **Kitchen Assistant (Night Shift)** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Adhere to cohabitation rules, respecting kitchen hierarchy and internal policies; * Perform cutting and washing of products required for order cooking; * Organize kitchen materials and supplies; * Assist in pre\-preparation and hygiene of supplies (cutting, thawing, cooking, portioning, general kitchen mise en place); * Assist in preparation and plating of appetizers, main courses, and desserts; * Ensure the kitchen area remains organized and clean, in accordance with food handling good practices; * Maintain confidentiality of recipes and technical sheets detailing dish preparation methods; * Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management; * Assist in inventory counting for stock management; * Promote product hygiene according to health surveillance regulations. ***Technical Competencies:*** * Operation of kitchen equipment; * Basic knowledge of dish plating; * Fundamental understanding of cutting and cooking techniques.
