**Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor the team’s operational routines; * Assign tasks and guide employees on procedures; * Ensure adherence to schedules, shift rosters, and operational targets; * Monitor performance indicators and report to leadership; * Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and PPE; * Guarantee compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and applicable legislation; * Support onboarding and training of new employees. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred); * Prior experience in operational routines and team leadership; * Basic knowledge of operational control; * Skills in communication, organization, and leadership; * Commitment, responsibility, and professional conduct. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as a leader, supervisor, or operations supervisor; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations; * Experience in industrial, logistics, or operational environments; * Experience in environmental matters.
