Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Nossa Senhora da Glória, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule maintenance services according to service orders (OS) or in compliance with the maintenance plan; * Maintain updated records and control of service orders, issuing reports and indicators as needed; * Provide technical support to teams via phone, clarifying doubts and offering solutions to encountered difficulties; * Complete control spreadsheets; * Develop time and equipment tracking controls to ensure full fulfillment of requests within required timeframes; * Monitor services and track actions involved in related processes. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to cultivate an ethical and inclusive culture at all times.
