Location: Manaus \- Amazonas, Brazil Job Family: Manufacturing Worker Type Reference: Regular \- Permanent Pay Rate Type: Salary Career Level: P3 Job ID: R\-53190\-2026 ### **Description \& Requirements** OUR OPEN POSITIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in engineering). * Experience in roles related to NPI and team leadership. * Intermediate English proficiency KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support new product quotation processes, NCM classification, PPB, and Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM) legislation. * Provide technical guidance for activities and clarify process-related matters. Develop and propose process and technology improvements for the department. * Participate in new product implementation alongside the department manager, ensuring compliance with specifications while monitoring quality, timelines, associated costs, raw materials, and manufacturability. * Design, assemble, test, and validate product prototypes to replicate manufacturing and usage conditions. Support quality performance monitoring during pilot batch production and manufacturing processes. Support component and part specification for products under development. * Manage product technical documentation via electronic and physical means. Collaborate across all involved departments during new product implementation. * Prepare NPI reports for new product implementations. Manage calibration of equipment used in production and engineering departments. Monitor suppliers of printed circuit boards during implementation.
