Your responsibilities will include: * Regularly visiting retail outlets (PDVs) in the retail channel; * Prospecting new clients and identifying business opportunities; * Presenting and negotiating products, commercial terms, and promotional campaigns; * Conducting post-sales follow-up to maintain strong client relationships; * Monitoring performance indicators and sales results; * Ensuring proper product execution at PDVs (e.g., display, pricing, etc.); * Participating in alignment meetings and commercial training sessions. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in external sales; * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and results orientation. * Organizational skills for managing client portfolios, visits, and reports. * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client visits.
