The primary focus of this role is **ensuring excellence in student service, support, and assistance with payment-related matters**, ranging from delivering essential services to financial and retention management. ### **Main Responsibilities:** **Student Service and Support:** * Provide high-quality in-person and/or remote service to college students, resolving inquiries and performing administrative tasks. * Manage communication flow and maintain a positive relationship with the student community. **Data and Process Management:** * Handle, update, and analyze **student databases** using **Excel** (e.g., lists of delinquent students, re-enrollment lists, etc.).
