Ensure technical and analytical support to engineering processes, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of projects, methods, and systems. Conduct data analysis, prepare technical studies, monitor performance indicators, and support production and maintenance areas, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and alignment with organizational strategies. * Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities by monitoring KPIs, collecting employee suggestions, and observing daily factory operations, with the objective of planning improvement activities. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation using computerized document management systems and/or physical folders to enable engineering information access for the team and other company departments; * Support various engineering activities (e.g., reports, layouts, technical drawings, technical instructions) as needed. * Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality areas to ensure process efficiency. * Identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities (time, cost, quality). * Conduct technical visits as required by customers to verify NON-CONFORMITIES. * Provide technical support in decision-making with leadership and related departments. * Support the delivery of technical training and capacity-building initiatives.
