**Controller Manager Position** We are seeking a professional to work in Arapongas \- PR. Work mode: 100% On-site (Arapongas/PR) Mission: Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of the company's financial performance, promoting financial and strategic analysis, cost management, and decision-making support through management reports and indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and budgetary financial plans. * Manage accounting data and structure the tax plan with a focus on fiscal efficiency. * Analyze detailed financial results by cost center, plant, branch, and business unit. * Develop, maintain, and present spreadsheets, consolidated reports, and management indicators (KPIs) to support executive leadership. * Propose continuous process improvements based on financial data analysis and financial statements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies (MBA or specialization) in Controller Functions, Finance, or Tax Management are desirable. * Solid experience in controller functions, financial planning, cost management, and managerial accounting. * Strong knowledge of tax legislation, accounting standards, and financial mathematics. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems (financial/accounting modules). * Active CRC registration for accountants will be considered an advantage.
