Focus on quality, problem resolution, and performance management **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a technology and services company, is seeking a Network Supervisor for Londrina/PR** Responsibilities Lead the team; Perform technical management of fiber optic networks, including deployment, maintenance, and incident monitoring; Responsible for planning work execution, ensuring quality, resolving problems, managing technicians’ performance, tracking KPIs (SLA); Handle conflict-related matters; Serve as the point of contact between other departments and the client. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (preferred). Knowledge of DWG and KMZ project files, including interpretation and reading. Familiarity with backbone networks and sites. Proven experience in network management. CCNA or higher certification (preferred). Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF). Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and Excel. **Skills** Leadership of technical teams. Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Clear and effective communication. Time management and task prioritization. Knowledge of network monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix). **Schedule** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 (plus on-call shifts).
