Development of strong communication skills and proactivity About the Position Requirements * Experience in this role. Responsibilities: \- Welcome students (morning and afternoon shifts); \- Guide and assist students during dismissal; \- Direct vehicles during student boarding and alighting; \- Monitor students during break periods; \- Ensure student safety within the school premises by supervising student behavior, providing guidance on rules, procedures, school regulations, adherence to schedules, and maintaining an organized school environment; \- Assist teachers with daily student-related tasks; \- Escort students to extracurricular activities; \- Accompany class schedule changes; \- Monitor high school break periods; \- Keep school administration and coordination informed of any unexpected situations; \- Possess dynamic and proactive thinking, ensuring student well-being at the school; Qualifications * Strong communication skills * Agility * Organization * Patience * Good interpersonal skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Monitor (Preferred)
