We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and a high level of organization and control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate logistics operations and the company-owned fleet, including route planning and driver support. * Hire and manage third-party carriers, ensuring delivery timelines, costs, and service levels. * Plan and control daily operational flow to ensure operational efficiency. * Analyze logistics costs and KPIs, proposing optimization initiatives. * Ensure inventory accuracy and control all inventory movements. * Lead and develop the logistics team, monitoring performance and results. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics coordination or supervision. * Experience managing fleets, route planning, and freight procurement. * Experience in inventory management, logistics KPIs, and logistics costs. * Hands-on profile with leadership ability and decision-making capability. * Organized, analytical mindset, and results-oriented. * Flexible working hours. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Profit sharing * On-site meals. * Salary: R$ 5.000,00.
