Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to ensure excellence and efficiency in our deliveries, working on the production line and developing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Working on the production line with a focus on quality and organization. 2. Developing detailed projects using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 3. Performing quality control and interpreting complex technical drawings. We are looking for a committed **Production Assistant** who ensures excellence and efficiency in our deliveries. **Your main responsibilities include:** * Working on the production line, strictly adhering to quality standards. * Maintaining sector organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. * Proactively and technically supporting team goals. * Developing and executing detailed projects using **AutoCAD and SolidWorks**. * Guiding and closely monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure fidelity to the design. * Conducting technical measurements and quality control of mechanical devices. * Interpreting complex technical drawings and applying metrology concepts. **What we are looking for:** * A hands-on profile with strong learning ability. * Ability to adapt to varying departmental demands. * Commitment to results and teamwork. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related fields). * Technical Drawing Interpretation and Metrology training. * **Tools:** Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Practical Skills:** Experience handling precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and comfort with mathematical calculations. * Experience in metallurgy Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
