Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to work on the refactoring and development of the Credit Pipeline, with a focus on backend and frontend autonomy, actively collaborating in agile ceremonies. Collaboration in agile ceremonies and resolution of scalability challenges FCamara is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer .NET/Angular. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Refactor and develop the bank’s Credit Pipeline (entry analysis workflows and limit control). * Ensure 80% backend involvement, structuring complex business rules and robust integrations. * Exercise frontend autonomy (Angular) as needed, ensuring squad delivery fluidity. * Actively collaborate in agile ceremonies, interacting with Product Owners and Tech Leads to resolve scalability challenges. * Optimize the application for high performance in a corporate banking environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework. * Solid experience with Angular (ability to deliver end-to-end frontend solutions). * Development of services using Web API and Windows Services. * Proficiency in SQL Server. * Experience with asynchronous programming and RESTful API architecture. * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git versioning (GitFlow). * Practice with TDD (Test Driven Development) for unit and integration testing. * Knowledge of Clean Code and architectural patterns for scalable systems. * Prior experience in Financial Institutions (Mandatory). **Nice-to-Haves:** * **Banking Credit Knowledge:** Understanding of credit pipeline workflows, risk analysis, and limit control. * Experience in test automation. * Knowledge of messaging (Service Bus). **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution capability; * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder profiles; * Skill to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision various application usage scenarios; * Organization. **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
