OPPORTUNITY FOR THE Customer Relationship \- Collections TEAM We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct proactive and reactive contact with delinquent customers, following the collections funnel rules. Inform customers about outstanding financial obligations, open balances, and available regularization options. Offer payment options according to current policy (Pix, bank slip, recurring payments, agreements). Log all contact attempts, interactions, and agreements in the CRM. Support specific campaigns aimed at regularizing SegMais subscriptions. Achieve financial recovery targets, contact rate goals, and closed agreement quotas. Assist customers by addressing questions regarding monthly fees, updating personal data, and sending upcoming invoices. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Clear, firm, and respectful communication. Strong negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to handle objections and sensitive situations effectively. Discipline to follow established processes and accurately record information. Willingness to work with goals and performance indicators.
