




**Description** We are seeking a Forest and Geospatial Modeling Analyst to support ALM, ARR, and REDD+ carbon measurement and monitoring. The professional will work closely with the carbon team to integrate field data, inventories, and remote sensing (satellite, LiDAR, drones) to generate transparent and auditable estimates of biomass and carbon stocks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan and conduct forest inventories for biomass and carbon stock measurement; Develop and validate growth, biomass, and carbon models across different forest compartments; Integrate plot data, satellite imagery, drone data, and LiDAR into spatial analyses; Develop growth curves, carbon stock projections, and quantification of GHG emissions/removals; Support the preparation of technical documents required by international standards (VCS, CCB); Conduct statistical uncertainty analyses and prepare auditable reports for carbon credit certification; Ensure traceability and reproducibility of analyses performed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Degree in Forestry Engineering, Biological Sciences, Geography, or related fields; Proven experience in forest inventory, biomass, and carbon modeling; Knowledge of geoprocessing and remote sensing (QGIS/ArcGIS, Google Earth Engine); Familiarity with international carbon reporting methodologies (IPCC, VCS, CCB).
