We are looking for an Industrial Operations Director for a prominent METALWORKING INDUSTRY located in the **CAMPINAS/SP REGION**, with solid experience (7 to 10+ years) as **Industrial Director, Plant Manager**, or **Senior Operations Manager** in medium- or large-complexity industrial environments and strong knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing**, **TPM**, **OEE**, and operational excellence tools. **Key Responsibilities** Manage all plant operations: production, process engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields (an MBA will be considered a plus). Experience in **metalworking industries** or heavy manufacturing is desirable. Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ISO certifications, quality management systems, and environmental and safety (EHS) standards, core tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
