Job Summary: The Bagging Machine Assistant is responsible for organizing and loading cement bags while maintaining a clean work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Remove cement bags and organize them on pallets 2. Prepare empty packaging for continuous bagging 3. JOIN US AND BE THE SUPREMO STANDARD! **Responsibilities and Duties** Our Bagging Machine Assistant will be responsible for: * Removing 50 kg or 25 kg cement bags from the conveyor belt and placing them neatly onto pallets; * Preparing empty packaging and positioning it next to the bagging machine to prevent unexpected interruptions in the bagging process; * Collecting representative material samples at various process points for laboratory analysis, and analyzing samples when requested and trained; * Assisting in unloading trucks carrying raw materials, inputs, and other materials when requested; * Collecting and sorting various types of waste, placing them in designated locations; * Assisting in transporting residues (hardened cement), paper, plastics, and other materials to designated locations; * Assisting in transporting and restocking materials into their respective processes for reuse; * Collecting finished product samples at intervals and under conditions established by the laboratory department; * Collecting raw material samples at intervals and under conditions established by the laboratory department, when requested; * Assisting in maintenance and cleaning of finished product and raw material scales, cleaning conveyor belts and rollers; * Assisting in scale calibration when requested and trained; * Removing dust and materials, collecting, transporting, and placing them in designated locations; * Assisting in cleaning mills and other equipment when requested; Operating the clinker truck loading system to control truck loading. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, we seek a candidate available to work in Adrianópolis, who meets the following requirement: * Completed High School education. **Additional Information** Benefits that make a difference: Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher (shuttle service) or Fuel Allowance (at no cost to employee) Health Insurance Plan – nationwide coverage Dental Insurance Plan Pharmacy Benefit Program Life Insurance (comprehensive coverage for family) Access to gyms and wellness programs for you and your dependents Childcare Assistance Mamãe Supremo Program – special benefit for pregnant employees Home office during the first month after returning from maternity leave Profit Sharing Program (PPR) Supremo Secil Cimentos is part of the Secil Group, a reference in the Portuguese cement industry with over 90 years of experience, presence in eight countries and four continents.
