The professional will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating theoretical and practical classes, contributing to expanded access to digital knowledge and encouraging conscious, productive use of technologies in participants' personal and professional daily lives. **Requirements** * Technical, technological, or higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, Communication, or related fields; * Proven experience delivering classes, trainings, or capacity-building sessions in basic computer science or digital inclusion; * Knowledge of the Windows operating system and digital productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar); * Strong communication skills, pedagogical ability, and capacity to lead educational activities; * Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate learning activities; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in educational or social projects focused on digital inclusion; * Experience teaching diverse and multigenerational audiences; * Knowledge of teaching strategies adapted for older adults or persons with disabilities (PwD); * Familiarity with teaching methodologies emphasizing practical, everyday-life-oriented learning. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, prepare, and deliver theoretical and practical classes in basic computer science according to the project schedule; * Conduct educational activities aimed at developing digital skills and promoting technological inclusion; * Adapt language, teaching methodology, and educational resources based on participants’ profiles and knowledge levels; * Record student attendance and monitor learning progress; * Prepare monthly reports on activities conducted and evidence of class delivery; * Ensure all activities align with the project’s pedagogical and institutional guidelines. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic concepts of computer science, hardware, and software; * Use of the Windows operating system; * Text editing (Word or similar); * Creation and formatting of electronic spreadsheets (Excel or similar); * Development of presentations (PowerPoint or similar); * Internet and collaborative tools (e\-mail, cloud storage, file sharing); * Social media and digital content creation. **Skills** * Pedagogical ability for teaching and facilitating learning; * Clear and accessible communication; * Methodological adaptability; * Class organization and planning; * Facilitation of hands-on learning activities. **Attitudes** * Ethical and professional conduct; * Commitment to digital and social inclusion; * Responsibility in conducting educational activities; * Empathy and respect for the diversity of the target audience; * Proactivity and collaboration with the project team. **Note** * **Target audience:** Adolescents, youth, adults, seniors, and persons with disabilities (PwD).
