Job Summary: Professional responsible for tire replacement, reinstallation, repair, mounting, and demounting on heavy vehicles, performing maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet safety. Prevention of mechanical issues related to tires **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30 (2-hour break) \| Saturday, from 07:30 to 11:30 **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform tire replacement, reinstallation, repair, mounting, and demounting on heavy vehicles; * Responsible for maintaining fleet vehicle tires, including replacement for maintenance purposes; * Perform correct tire inflation according to each vehicle's specifications; * Inspect tires to identify wear and damage; * Assist in organizing the tire inventory; * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the workplace; * Assist in vehicle inspections and prevention of mechanical issues related to tires. **Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Driver's license category A/B; * Prior experience in this position or a similar role; * Basic knowledge of different tire types and their applications; * Technical knowledge regarding tire repair and replacement; * Proficiency with manual tools and calibration equipment; * Basic understanding of safety practices when handling tires and equipment; * Willingness to work in a workshop environment; * Commitment to safety and occupational health standards; * **Additional Information:** Salary R$ 2\.193,99, Hazard Pay: 20% of the minimum wage; Functional Bonus: Alelo Rewards Card worth R$ 1\.000,00, subject to terms agreed between company and employee. * **Affirmative Action Position \- Available for PCD (Persons with Disabilities).** **Work Location:** Chácaras Neighborhood (Monalisa Road) \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Mobility Allowance: R$ 8.20 per working day, University Partnership Program (also available for legal dependents), Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Telemedicine, Meal Voucher: R$ 16.70 per working day, Wellhub (corporate wellness platform)
