Come grow with us and **build together a more prosperous society** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Support the business area at the branch:** Receive documents, verify compliance with legal formalities of operations, in order to prepare routines for faster and more efficient service to members' demands, as well as maintenance of registration data. **Collections:** Assist in credit collection processes in cases of default and within negotiation deadlines, according to guidance from the business area, aiming for the return of the borrowed capital. **Prospecting:** Prospect new members and new business opportunities. Identify demand and refer to Business Managers. **Understanding to Serve:** Provide initial member service through the branch channel. Welcome and assist members and non-members, directing them to the channel that offers the best service experience, whether physical or digital. **Digital Facilitator:** Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change for members, providing guidance so they can make the best use of available digital services. **New Member Integration:** Conduct integration of new members, explaining about Sicredi, answering questions, aiming to engage members with cooperative values. **Financial Transactions:** Execute services such as receipts, payments, various inquiries, opening, closing, and cash control at the cashier terminal. Prevent and deter fraudulent transactions or procedures and money laundering. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Completed or ongoing higher education in the fields of Agronomy, Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related areas. **Knowledge Areas:** Desirable knowledge of financial products and services, member focus, communication skills, ease with technology, service orientation, and experience and knowledge in the agribusiness segment. **ANBIMA:** CPA-10 certification is mandatory.
