Perform route and KM management, load closing, and, when necessary, align routes with the Sales department for compliance. Manage in-house and third-party freight operations: control/closing, advances and reimbursements, as well as freight cash closing. Monitor GPS tracking and truck/driver productivity, tracking delivery incidents. Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs, proposing process improvements to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards. People management. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Analyst, or Supply Chain Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
