Job Summary: A screen printing professional responsible for preparing and adjusting screens, applying inks for manual and automatic printing, and performing equipment maintenance to ensure quality and process optimization. Collaboration with the design and quality control teams. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 07:30–11:30 and 13:30–17:30; Saturday, 07:30–11:30 **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Prepare and adjust **screen printing** screens to ensure print quality across different materials. * Apply specialty inks using **manual and automatic printing** techniques to produce precise and durable prints. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on **screen printing** equipment to ensure efficient operation. * Control ink dosage and drying to optimize finish and minimize waste. * Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Document processes and results to maintain production history and facilitate continuous improvement. * Collaborate with the design team to adapt artwork and ensure technical feasibility in **screen printing**. * Participate in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical or technological training in **Screen Printing**, **Graphic Design**, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. * Basic knowledge of **reading and interpreting technical drawings**. * Advanced proficiency in **manual and automatic screen printing** techniques. * Experience with **screen preparation**, emulsion, and exposure. * Knowledge of **preventive maintenance** for screen printing equipment. * Proficiency in handling **inks, solvents, and consumables** specific to screen printing. * Ability to perform fine adjustments on **printing machines** to ensure quality. * Detail-oriented and quality-focused profile. * Knowledge of **digital graphic design** and software such as **Adobe Illustrator** or **CorelDRAW**. * Experience with **fabric printing** and specialty materials. * Training in **quality control** and **industrial processes**. **Benefits:** No benefits specified
