Support operational teams in various field activities, providing assistance in manual tasks, material handling, cleaning, organization, and other demands as directed. Main Responsibilities: * Assist assembly, civil, electrical, and other areas in material transportation and organization. * Support cleaning and organization of work sites. * Follow supervisor's instructions and adhere to safety regulations. * Properly use tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report needs, questions, and incidents to leadership. Basic Requirements: Completed elementary education. No prior experience required, but experience supporting construction or industrial operations is desirable.
