We are looking for professionals to work as sales representatives at a Claro authorized store, offering comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers through excellent service and results-oriented performance. What will be your responsibilities? • Provide outstanding, prompt, and friendly in-store customer service; • Identify each customer’s consumption profile and recommend suitable Claro products and services; • Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Prerequisites: High school diploma completed; Sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or similar sectors is desirable; Customer service experience is considered a plus; Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and enthusiasm for sales; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Employment Type and Schedule: Full-time CLT contract | In-person | Monday to Saturday Compensation and Benefits: • Base salary: R$ 1.850,00 • Attractive commission based on sales achieved • Meal allowance: R$ 400.00/day • Transportation allowance (standard 6% deduction) • Why is this opportunity ideal for you?
