Job Summary: The Leaf is seeking an AI Engineer to develop intelligent solutions, apply LLM models and RAG architectures, and continuously innovate the solution portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. The **Leaf** specializes in **BPM, process automation, RPA, applied AI, and BPO**, serving national and international clients across strategic sectors including legal, finance, healthcare, utilities, and technology. We are looking for an **AI Engineer** to strengthen our innovation and intelligent solution development team, supporting high-expectation, compliance-intensive clients. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop **AI solutions** applied to automation, process optimization, and integration with legacy systems. * Implement **LLM models and RAG architectures** for capturing, classifying, and interpreting large volumes of data. * Program in **Python** (primary) and **C\#** for model and API integration with Leaf’s enterprise solutions. * Structure and manage **data pipelines** (ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, and vectorization) across relational and vector databases (FAISS, pgvector, Milvus, Chroma). * Collaborate closely with **Projects, Development, and Quality** teams to ensure delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions. * Monitor and enhance production models using accuracy, performance, and cost metrics. * Contribute to **continuous innovation** to expand Leaf’s solution portfolio. **Requirements** * Degree in **Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics**, or related fields. * Proven experience in **Machine Learning and Deep Learning**. * Proficiency in **Python**, and experience with **C\#** for integrations. * Practical experience in **NLP, embeddings, vectorization, and re\-ranking**. * Experience with **AI frameworks** (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn) and **MLOps practices** (Docker, CI/CD, model monitoring). * Knowledge of **data architectures**, relational databases, and vector databases. * Technical English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **RPA automation and applied AI in legal/finance domains**. * Familiarity with **cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)**. * Certifications in **AI, ML, or Cloud**. * Contributions to **open\-source projects** or publications in AI.
