Job Summary: Responsible for operating a bridge crane to handle heavy loads, following scheduling instructions and safety regulations in the resin department. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for operating the bridge crane to handle suspended heavy loads in the Resin Department, in accordance with scheduling orders from the immediate supervisor and established safety regulations and operational procedures. **Procedure:** PR\-PROC\-001, PR\-PROC\-002 **Substitute:** Bridge crane operator **DOCUMENT CONTROLLED BY ISO** (FO\-ADMH\-010\) * Receive scheduling instructions for loading, unloading, and transportation operations of sheets to be performed in the resin department. * Review scheduling orders and instructions from the supervisor to perform handling and bridge crane operation for moving loads to the designated production area. * Operate the manual bridge crane to move heavy loads between production areas, following direct instructions from the immediate supervisor and company safety regulations. * Conduct visual inspections of loads to assess their condition prior to movement, ensuring safety and preservation of materials during transport and unloading at the designated location. * Complete the daily production sheet for load handling activities and submit it to the immediate supervisor for updating reports. * Adhere to occupational safety regulations, wear uniforms and PPE, observe regulatory standards and workplace conduct, in compliance with company procedures, standards, and legal requirements.
