Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning of the premises, including sales areas, restrooms, and waste disposal, as well as assisting customers with inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of various store areas 2. Direct assistance to customers 3. Passion for service and customer care RESPONSIBILITIES: * Empty and clean trash bins and remove garbage; * Sweep, mop, clean under shelves, along counter sides, and under checkout stations; * Clean customer restrooms, staff restrooms, and restroom entrance lobbies; * Use caution signs (e.g., "wet floor") when cleaning sales areas; * Assist customers with inquiries. REQUIREMENTS: * Enjoy providing customer service and demonstrate passion for serving others; * Availability to work during store closing hours; * Elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in this field is desirable.
