Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Assess technical and behavioral training needs. * ✏️ Develop trainings, manuals, and online learning modules. * Conduct organizational climate surveys and co-create action plans with HR management. * Plan and conduct performance evaluation cycles and recognition programs. * Support leaders in self-development and team advancement. * Conduct behavioral assessments. * Measure training effectiveness and propose solutions. * Monitor and track results after implementation of development programs. * Support the training multiplier program. * Conduct assessments and provide feedback to employees. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS ✅ Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Professional experience in human and organizational development projects; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
