Staying updated on legislative changes The Tax Analyst supports the company's tax and fiscal activities, ensuring accurate calculation and payment of taxes, as well as compliance with ancillary obligations. This professional performs fiscal entries, prepares reports, and ensures adherence to current legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** **Fiscal Entries:** 1\. Enter incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices into the system. 2\. Review and validate received fiscal documents to ensure compliance with legislation. **Tax Calculation:** 1\. Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, among others). **Ancillary Obligations:** 1\. Prepare and submit ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, DIRF, and others. 2\. Ensure all ancillary obligations are submitted correctly and within legal deadlines. **Fiscal Reconciliation:** 1\. Perform fiscal reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of calculated and paid taxes. 2\. Identify and correct potential inconsistencies or discrepancies in fiscal accounts. **Audit Support:** 1\. Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing requested documents and reports. 2\.
