Job Summary: Responsible for providing IT operational support to internal users, handling problem resolution, equipment installation, and IT infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive/corrective equipment maintenance and backup routines **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for delivering IT operational support to internal users, providing on-site and remote assistance to resolve hardware, software, system, and connectivity issues. Performs equipment, application, and system installation, configuration, and updates; prepares devices for new employees; and manages access, accounts, and permissions. Registers and tracks service tickets, ensuring initial diagnosis and adherence to response time SLAs. Supports preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, basic network checks, backup routines, and IT infrastructure organization.
