




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional for basic-level technical support and administrative tasks at a logistics and mobility company, participating in process improvement. If you are passionate about technology and wish to contribute to a logistics and mobility company located in the Júndiz industrial park in Vitoria, this is an excellent opportunity. Main responsibilities include providing basic-level technical support to drivers and administrative staff, assisting with the operation of office IT equipment, configuring computers, managing user onboarding and offboarding in internal systems, and maintaining communication with customers in English. Administrative tasks related to IT will also be performed, along with participation in process improvement initiatives. Required qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Degree in IT, proficiency in Windows and Office 365, and strong spoken English skills. Experience with Azure is considered a plus. A one-month temporary contract with possible extension is offered, with a split-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
