By taking on the role of **Commercial and Marketing Assistant** at Afya, your main objectives will be: * Assist in creating content and materials for social media, email marketing, and institutional materials; * Support social media management and engagement monitoring; * Conduct market and competitor research; * Contribute to communication strategies and brand positioning; * Support campaigns and internal marketing initiatives. **All our opportunities are open to people with disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and duties** * Create and adapt graphic materials for social media, email marketing, and institutional materials (brochures, presentations, banners); * Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns and promotional actions; * Operational management of social media: scheduling posts, responding, monitoring, and generating basic engagement reports; * Support content strategies (posts, stories, ads); * Produce and review texts, press releases, and internal communications; * Research marketing trends and benchmarking; * Organize internal/external events and activities (when necessary); * Support customer relationship initiatives and commercial campaigns; * Basic lead management in CRM (registration, updates, and support). **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school (higher education in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Administration, or related fields is desirable); * Strong writing and communication skills; * Knowledge of social media and interest in digital marketing; * Basic proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets); * Previous experience in marketing, social media, design, or communications; * Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, basic Premiere); * Knowledge of email marketing and post scheduling; * Certifications or courses in digital marketing, social media, or design; * Experience with automation tools or CRM; * Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting. **Additional information** **THE LARGEST HUB OF MEDICAL EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY IN BRAZIL.** The Afya brand was born in 2019, but our story began much earlier.
