**Job Description Summary** =========================== **Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:** * Daily application based on EHS concepts (work safety and environment), considering this as the main pillar of the organization; * Knowledge of the 5 “S” program, maintaining the workplace clean and organized, based on LEAN MANUFACTURING concepts; * Responsible for preparing all necessary documentation for the manufacturing of each part, as well as reading and interpreting technical drawings and completing quality protocols; * Use and application of measuring instruments (Unimaster, external micrometer above 1000mm); * Minimum of 5 years of machining experience in Vertical Lathes, based on Fanuc and Siemens systems; * Knowledge and application of tool parameters and cutting conditions for better optimization of the production process; * Experience operating vertical lathes with turning capacity up to 5 meters; * Planning of activities related to SETUP, directed toward increasing productivity. **Requirements:** * Reside in Taubaté/SP or nearby regions; * Complete High School education; * Previous experience in the role; * Experience with FANUC and Siemens programs; * Courses in Technical Drawing, Mechanical Technician, and CNC Machining Technician will be a differentiator. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
